I really support this. The AllMusic scrapper is OK but not more. I would gladly help contribute adding pictures and info on albums if there where something like themoviedb.org i really like that site because there you could add anything if you like, so that next time you do a reinstall you don't have to go trough the whole process all together again.

Is there someone in this forum capable of making a new database site like TheMovieDB.org but for music? So that we all can start contribute? To start it all of il happily help with a host from lunarpages.com, since i already have one there.

I understand that. It seems that it is a problem either way. Either you get it in the face for not searching for other related threads or you get it in this way i did now.

Is there some news around this thread? Is there a scrapper i could participate in growing? Iv used some hours now to get all the covers, fanarts and so on in a decent state.

Hi You can upload your fanart, cdart and covers on http://fanart.tv/. It is used by some scripts to download stuff to xbmc.

I use "cdART Manager Script" http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=77031
It will get the art you need in high quality, but of course it is lots of stuff missing.
I guess it will be very good after more people start uploading.
