XBMC Crash back to Ubuntu when auto refresh rate on
#1
Hi

Maybe this is adressed in another thread but I can't find it anywhere so here we go. Having some problems with the auto refresh option in XBMC (latest build). When turned on xbmc crash everytime at the end of a movie or when i stop it. This is with the xorg conf file from this guide:. If i use the xorg conf i get when installing the latest nvidia driver I can't even use the autrefresh option. It's just stuck with the resolution and hz used in Ubuntu. Anyone know how to fix this?

/Kris.

Ok, case closed for now then I guess. Thanks for the quick reply. Can I work around this by installing Hardy instead?

No, but if you would have read the ticket carefully, you had found out, that you can have a workaround by enabling strict binding (via advancedsettings.xml) while using 185.xx nvidia driver series.
