I installed the script on my Apple TV - here's what's happen:
if I don't change the user agent a short video informs me that I can't play Italian content since my request is coming from outside the country (I live in the USA)

I changed the user agent into the one used by Safari on OSX, a short video "buona visione" plays and then all of sudden stops.

Did anyone manage to get this working on ATV? I would really really but really really love to play Italian content on my tv!

That's not true anymore.. look for the version 0.2 that now works also on XBOX.
