well first of all sorry for my bad english.

is there a way that my xbmc downloads the covers for my mp3s automaticly?

all my mp3s dont have id tags or anything else. just clean filenames with "artist - song"

how can i get xbmc to download the covers for me?

You'll have to enable "Fetch album information when adding to library" in Music settings, then scan albums to library. Not sure about the tag thingy but i quite sure you will need proper id3tags in order to download/query online services.
