DJH, looks like you tried to fix the "missing default" icons by renaming them.

From what I have noticed some of the renames worked and some didn't, doesn't look like there is a universal naming convention though which I am sure makes it more difficult for you.

Here are 2 I found with my auriga build as of 4/26/09 10:40 pm Central time.

In your build:
DefaultFolderBackBig.png
DefaultFolderBig.png

Works in Linux:
defaultFolderBackBig.png
defaultFolderBig.png

Yet DefaultAddSource.png works.... so a theory of lowercase "default" doesn't seem to work universally.
