The spanish language file (\XBMC\skin\Aeon\language\Spanish\string.xml) is not in the correct encoding.

To display the characteres correctly instead of this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" standalone="yes" ?>

it need to be like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>

Not sure what version you're using but it's already correct in the Auriga branch.
