mov files seem to work fine for me as well, and I'm on Vista. I just download the trailers using GetTrailers (mentioned earlier) and rename the mov file to "movie-trailer.mov" (literally) then rescan/reload the movie in XBMC. Works real nice...

Is there any way the slideshow pictures could be pulled from a subfolder? My fanart showing up in the window looks pretty crappy for most of my movies :o

When using this, it seems to show a default cover art in the trailer window (one that does not match the current movie). Is there a way to change this?

Is there any chance of posting just the xml content relevant to this mod?
I love the trailers showing and would like to include it in my latest version of auriga with all the night and day bits plus the newer tv layout and other changes from other mods lying around.
Also I would like to "fiddle" with the code to allow the display of the thumb1 and thumb2 files I already have in my extrathumbs directory.

+1 would like this also. Now it's rotating fanart with poster which are chopped off.
tried to edit the code but totally got lost.

is there anyone to set my trailer to use the internal player? my movies right now are in an external player (media player classic) and I was just wondering if I could set the trailers to use the internal player?

I second that. Not sure its possible from what i understand of the extplayer, but you guys are much better with this than i am.
