[Request] Unintrusive notification during full screen video playback

XBMC's built in notifications are a great tool for people with home automation networks. The current notifications are really intrusive during full screen video playback, covering a huge portion of the screen. The old Aeon's notifications were perfect during video playback - a small bar at the bottom.

Is it possible to have a different style notification dialog during video playback than in the rest of the skin? If so a non-intrusive one would be a great addition to Aeon IMO.
