cant you make select on remote toggle mplayer osd state default in keymap.xml now that zoom/stretch/normal is in osd instead?

or you could. just edit keymap.xml.

yes. iv done that but until its needed for something else could you put it in cvs so that i dont have to do it manualy every time?

where else is select used throughout xbmc? we also need a free (global) remote button for the volume control. this isn't really needed quite as much while playing videos, though i suppose.

well. select is used everywhere in xbmc. for selecting things in menues (select is the a button on hc) etc.

ofcourse. sorry - haven't used the xbox remote for over 3 months as i've been moving house...

i'll throw it into cvs when i update the virtual keyboard thing.
