Hi

Since I use Aeon Auriga my fanarts doesn't work anymore.

As yet, I used to name my files like these:

movie - name.mkv
movie - name.tbn
movie - name-fanart.jpg
fanart.jpg
folder.jpg

In Aeon Stark this worked great. After I installed the Aeon Auriga Skin, the fanarts won't appear anymore. Also when I change back to the Aeon Stark Skin, the fanarts don't load. Strange thing is, that the "old" fanarts are ok, just the fanarts of the new added movies won't appear. I don't use library mode, just file mode. OS is ubuntu.

Could someone tell me, why this happens?

Well my fanart is like this... terminator.divx-fanart.jpg and i keep all my films etc in seperate folders and xbmc uses my fanart without any problems though i am not sure if it would still use them in file mode as i don't use file mode as i thought that was the whole point of xbmc. that's my oppinion

Are you using Mac (Plex)?

I'm using the latest Plex and fanart is disabled (at least when you scrape from .nfo's).

Lol. That would be a no then. To put it simply Plex is the Mac version of XBMC.

Could this also be a problem of xbmc itself? Because I recently updated my xbmc.

To put it simply Plex is the Mac version of XBMC.

No it's not. XBMC for Mac is the Mac version of XBMC. It's based on XBMC but it's a completely different program.

Perhaps it's helpful: The "movie - name-fanart.jpg" seems to work because when I select a video file in showcase view, I can see the fanart (also in the movie info detail). So just when I am a level higher (also in the show case view) and the fanart.jpg should be shown, nothing happens. Could somebody please check if this bug also happens with him? The whole problem just occur in file mode, library mode is ok.

For testing, I installed xbmc (xbmc - 9.04-hardy1) on my notebook and got the same bug. Now I don't know where I could additionally search!?
