Aeon doesn't read from NFO files and XBMC only does it when it's scans to the library (database), so I don't really understand the question.

well, i scanned all my movies and tv shows with Media Info Plus.but i don't see XBMC or AEON read this .nfo files. but it reads it own made libary (db) files. so other skins read from the .nfo files? or am i missing something?

Try Updating Library and make sure you tick the Support skin based flagging in MIP settings.

He means within Media Info Plus, under settings -> general, look for the checkbox named "support skin based flagging" and make sure it is checked
