Hide plot on skip, but view plot on pause

Does anyone know how you can hide the move/tv show plot from the OSD while skipping back or forward, but still see the plot while paused? When skipping, the OSD is gone in a flash, so I figured if there was a way to hide the plot text during the skip, then I'd go ahead and do it. I know there's an option to hide the plot completely from the OSD, but I like to see the plot when paused.
