[RELEASE] iPlayer - BBC Video and Music Plugin (UK only!)

I've started having a problem with V17 on my raspberry Pi.. when I try to play something it tells me I'm already streaming and I need to stop that first (not exact wording) and it says to press X
I've rebooted, reinstalled and nothing is working
Rolled back to V15 and this one works (but HD streams don't work .. always plays SD - even from HD channel)

So, can anyone tell me if this is happening with them?

Also, in the meantime is there a way to get V15 to stream HD content?)

V17 has stopped working for me on both my ATV2 and my RPi (My ITV Player also come up with a script error now)

I haven't had time to roll back or anything yet but anyone know if there is a fix ?

what setting do you have in

settings -> video -> file lists -> default select action.

make sure it's set to play. otherwise you need to post a debug log.

Is there a way to record Iplayer the same as 4od and demand5

When I watch a program via iPlayer, ITVplayer etc I get the progress bar which goes to 80% and the program starts OK. However, with longer programs (over 30 mins or so) it does not get to the end. It goes for a while and then exits back to the menu. If I then go back in and use the number buttons on the remote to go directly to, say, 40 mins into the program it will complete OK. Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this?

I'm having live streaming issues. On demand works fine, but streaming sometimes works on BBC one, but nothing else.

I've played with different streams and doens't really help. Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem to be working at all for me last few days.

Failed to fetch URL errors on all programmes.

might be doing something wrong as not used to this Android box!

edit: solved, deleting http cache folder fixed this, also internal memory was full.

@ anyone else with android xbmc, do you find you cannot seek in iplayer (and a few other plugins, but not all)? image is totally corrupted and unwatchable after seeking/skipping, plays fine otherwise, but basically unusable because of this. maybe related to amlogic hardware acceleration, not sure, can't get any response over there. i should check that by installing the mainline build shouldn't i.

Have the BBC stopped providing HD versions of catchup ? seems there are very few HD in the HD section of XBMC iPlayer.

Is there a technical reason why the default action has to be play, rather than view information? Are there any plans to make it so that the default action doesn't matter? I ask as I reeeeaally like having the default action to be to show more information (don't know why, I just do)

For some reason the bbc6 livestream is crashing my xbmc, and before anyone starts ranting I know I shud submit a debug log :-) but I just wonted to check if anyoneelse had the same problem....
