hi
please help if possible, i bought a pre done xbox off the net and its fantastic, just messing around and i found the skins and was going through them and came to "project mayhem III lite" the screen flicks as it does and now i have basically nothing. its like the fonts havent loaded.
how can i get back to normal without being able to click on anything.
thanks alot in advance for any help

hold both thumb sticks clicked while xbmc starts

Holding both sticks down says "allow user data deletion" sounds scary what does it mean?
