4:3 CRT with Aeon/Mediastream

I have XBMC installed on my xbox, which is displayed on my 4:3 Sony CRT. With the PMIII skin, everything looks fine. However, with the Aeon or Mediastream skins, everything appears vertically stretched (or horizontally compressed). I believe this is because the skins are designed to be used on 16:9 televisions. Is there any way to get these skins to look normal on my 4:3 TV?
