Ignore the below. I had a corrupt folder.jpg in one of my folders. I really need to research before posting.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi. Left my new box importing my music today while I was at work, but when I came home, ubuntu had locked up on me. I rebooted (pushed the reset button) and tried loading up XBMC, but after a few seconds, I got this error output:

Code:
The XBMC_HOME environment variable is not set.
Error loading jpeg - no SOI marker found in first 4096 bytes

Segmentation fault

It all looks very dramatic doesn't it? If I delete the MyMusic7.db out of the userdata directory, it starts fine but I'm just trying to figure out what's causing it.

Narrowed it down to when it updates my library at startup. Crashes out after a few seconds.

Do you have the corrupt jpeg still? Something like that shouldn't cause us to crash n burn if we can possibly avoid it.

Cheers,
Jonathan
