TV Show Episodes that are multi-file not stacking?

It'll be something I'll be remedying with the new video library.

Well I'm a little confused then. Stacking works just fine for movies, why would it be hard for TV show episodes? I'm guessing it has something to do with the library side of things rather than a playback issue.

Sportacus s01e23 - cd1.avi
Sportacus s01e23 - cd2.avi
Sportacus s01e23 - cd3.avi

XBMC will not stack these files.. it shows I have three Episode 23's.

I know this is an old thread, but I am facing the same issue. Has this been resolved yet and/or will it be resolved in Frodo?
