Fanart and Cover Art not loading

Hi All, I have been using XBMC on my mac for a while now and everything has been ticking along nicely but I have just brought a new windows machine and I'm having some problems with XBMC. For some reason the windows install seems to not load any Fanart and Cover Art for Videos or Music.

I'm using the Aeon theme under windows 7. I have also tested in other themes and get the same results.

Music
I have 500x500 images embed in the meta data of each .mp3 file. My mac installation finds these images without problem windows seems to ignore them.

Videos
XBMC will get information for each of my videos and it even looks like it trying to get fanart/ Cover Art but the artwork will never appears. If I press info on a video and then go to fanart it looks like the fanart is there i.e (it says current thumb with an image next to it.) but it will not appear in the background.

Have I missed a trick here is there a button that I need to press or and switch that I need to flick?

Except I came from ubuntu and xp.

Also the same is true regardless of skin.

Windows 7 RC 1 (7100)
XBMC 9.04.1-repack (build date 5.26.09)
