ronie Wrote:last, the name of the artist and album folders should exactly match the artist and album name in the id3 tags of the songs, as this is what xbmc uses in the library.

does that mean that fanart will never work for properly tagged various artist albums? obviously, if you tag a va album the right way, it says the real name of the band in the artist id3 tag instead of just "various artists". so it's impossible to get music fanart for compilations, right? also, I am wondering...are the xbmc devs anti music fanart? or is it just a new feature and not really ready yet? it seems movie fanart is much more sophisticated in xbmc...

as far as i know, fanart for compilation albums is not possible in xbmc.

lol, read the latest music fanart discussion on the development forum and make up your own mind ;-)

Any chance of getting the link for this version? I've tried the new version and I'm finding it really hard to read on my tv due to the fonts and colours, its just to shiny now for me Smile
emal011 Wrote:that´s mean, I could work if i Download the latest version of XBMC?

Using Vista 64bits.

you can always download the most recent build for all 4 branches, [win32], [linux], [os x], and [xbox] from my site, which is what you would find if you took ronie's advice and googled "xbmc nightly" Smile the url is http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc or http://www.xbmcsvn.com

nope, it's dead and gone to heaven.
there's some crappy code in v0.27 that could cause xbmc to crash...
so people shouldn't be using it anymore.

if you don't like the default font in v1.0x, you can switch to Arial (Setting > Appearance).
the fontcolors can be manually edited in skin/Transparency!/colors/defaults.xml

this skin is beautiful

When move my mouse to the left side of the screen to bring up the audio controls (while veiwing the track listing) it is hard to keep it displayed, the mouse moving around causes it to slide away. Is there any way I can make it stick, or sleep for 3 seconds before sliding back?
v0.27 is no longer supported.

if you're still using it, please upgrade:
