OK, this is another noob question...
I know how to specify an RSS feed as a source to get a video podcast but is it possible to specify the updateinterval parameter without editing the xml document at all?
Also, is there any way of pasting the RSS feed 'url' into the source field. It's a real pain having to type this in every time I want to add a source!!
