I want this for the HDMI support. I just want to make sure that it will support audio and video out put to XBMC. Also will i be able to use any of its power for GPU acceleration, deinterlacing, shadowing etc?
Thanks
Should i get a Radeon HD 4650?

So far it's only the nVidia 8xx+ boards that allow gpu acceleration, and that's only for the linux variation. Tell us more about your build and we'll go from there. EDIT: shit, this question is from early june, probably built his sytem weeks ago...who revives this?
