Hello,
I am currently using T3CH XBMC 2009-04-23 SVN rev19585 build on my XBox and I am running into difficulty in having it identify my mp3 collection.
I am currently running my music in a NAS, with music setup in the following directory structure:
Artist > Album > Songs
I have setup Allmusic as the default scraper. I would go to the music directory and whenever I click on the info button on the remote, it queries and says "no artist found"
Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated for me to start gathering the music and artist information along with album art.
Thanks!
Mike

For a start, scan your music into your library. Do this with download automatic album and artist information turned off.
Once everything is scanned into the library, switch to library view and then feel free to lookup album information from there. The online stuff is just supplemental to what's already in your music tags. Cheers, Jonathan Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. You've either got a corrupt ImageLib.dll, or don't have the required dll's. A debug log would have shown this immediately.

Can you tell me how to do it and where the download automatic album/artist information controls are located? I currently have all my music on a NAS and I've mapped the drive into the music directory. Thanks, Mike |
