[MOD] TV {Banner} List View (ALPHA)

Hi Yall

1st off MediaStream is #1!!!
but i've always been annoyed with the TV wide list view
because its missing all the pretty banners

I know Team Razorfish has shifted focusing to a new project
so i hacked this with my limited (copy/paste) skills
Introducing ... TV Wide Banner View

if you want to give it a whirl
replace /skin/MediaStream/720p/ViewsVideo.xml with this file
Always practice safe skinning: make a back-up 1st :rolleyes

i call this ALPHA... because there are a few things i'd like fixed before we are "complete"

• fix top of list ...
  only bottom half of 1st banner is visible
• fix bottom of list
  what is ontop of the 4th banner ? (top half)
  

other things i'd like to see (but don't know how to)

• change display for all items
  put watched/unwatched beside banner (for every show)
• change display of selected item (highlight whole thing)
• remove left "info view" & make a 2 column list of banners
  

any feedback and suggestions would be welcome
any help & direction would be appreciated

I've managed to fix 1 thing -- the fade at the bottom
i've updated the file linked in the 1st post
... so grab it again if you want to

still no clue what to do about the 1/2 banner @ the top... any ideas?

almost done another new view -- this time replacing TV LIST
im hacking & slashing at ViewsCommon.xml now

i just can't figure out how to hide the thumb it normally loads on the left side.
( chef at home BEHIND dennou Coil)



i now have SERIOUS RESPECT for Team RazorFish
and all the skiners out there who are building this stuff from scratch

these are looking very good... I cant wait to see a finished product from you on your mods
