hi guys

have a mac mini (latest one) which was running xbmc perfectly until I let software update put 10.5.7 on.

Now xbmc starts up with a blank white screen everytime.

I have ;

- deleted application support/xbmc
- tried the latest devel version
- downloaded a more up to date current stable version
- rebooted a few times.
- i redeleted the application support folder each time I swapped the actual xbmc executable out for a different version

No luck.

I'm really at a loss. This mac mini does nothing else except for xbmc, it's pretty much the only app installed on it.

xbmc will create an xbmc.log file when it starts up and runs. paste that to a pastebin site (http://www.pastebin.com) and post the URL here.

Mine does it on the older version half the time

As a clue, it does it 50% of the time if I have it autostart and a VNC console is active when it tries to start.

The difference here is VNC running and clearly the dock shows nothing else running. Now if sejanus has omitted info about running VNC to the mini and it's really headless or the display is off, that's a different story.
