Contract the build of a HTPC machine?

Noob here, sorry - hope I'm not violating any rules by posting this.

In any case, I was wondering if there were people out there that would be willing to build a small form-factor HTPC box for me. Is that appropriate to ask for here? If not, delete this post. If so, please let me know (through PM?) who I might want to talk to.

Why not just by yourself a Revo, small, silent and cheap and runs all hd materials.

Would love to, but I'm in the US and I can't find anywhere local that sells them. That would be the ideal scenario. Do you know where I can look?
