Thanks for the reply. Im new to xbmc (migrated from meedio, think I never will look back), and installed the version available at xbmc.org download section. What build is recommended and where to get it? Thanks.

It is really easy to use the folder name rather than the file name for source tags guys. In your includescodecflagging file. Change the filename, dvdrip to foldername, dvdrip and so on. I thought this would be the case before I asked but wasn't sure if it might use path instead.

Hope this can help someone else.

Another question for the lovely folks here, what part of the recentlyadded.py script do I have to edit so that the latest movies and tv shows show up on my home screen, but I don't get an empty box for music. I don't use the library for music so I don't really wanna see it. Thanks again.

Thanks, I downloaded the autoupdater and now everything seems ok. Next step is to familiarise with scripts available for xmbc Smile

Tried several skins so far, Mediastream Redux is by far the best ive tried so far. Thank you, keep up the good work.

@ Aenima / Jezz_X

I made a small mod yesterday that allows use of the new PVR (using VDR) within Mediastream.
Up till now only PM3.HD has been supported for PVR afaik as it's still under heavy development, but I missed the glory of Mediastream too much so attempted my first go a modding a skin.

Are you guys ok if I post it up for others who are using the PVR but miss mediastream ?
It's quite hackish, as I've never touched a skin before so I just copied the missing parts from PM3.HD and then altered the graphic files (just reusing the original png's from your skin), added the clock etc..

Hi!

I have some problems with the horizontal menu and the submenus. The main horizontal menu is too high and the submenus are not fully displayed. My screen resolution: 1280x768.

[Image: 9pwxmxbijdsw.jpg] [Image: inl7eepg84n.jpg]

I'm using latest svn version of xbmc (rev 22858) and latest git (a2dd5f69241bdc76aa5526a1c5292233978d207a) of MediaStream Redux Mod.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
