myth:// source status

I've been looking through the code of the myth:// video source stuff. it's almost in working order but not quite there yet.

is anyone maintaining it currently? i'm willing to help out with patching some of the code.

Check out the pvr branch.

Myth code is waiting on that I believe as it will be turned into a pvr client.
