Is it possible to manually edit where Recently Added is stored, and if so, where is that data?

As I tweak my movie db, I'm continually deleting & re-adding movies. I would like to be able to go back to my truly recently added list, not just the ones I recently tweaked.

Afaik it's just a query in SQL. No "tweaking" possible.
