[HELP] Home button toggle settings labels

I am looking to do a mod with the way Aeon lets you choose which buttons appear on the homepage. I am having trouble find what makes the list keep the selected or unselected label color once it is not the focused item.

If anyone could let me know what kind of label control there is that makes the wrap list labels keep the selected or unselected text color, I would greatly appreciate it. Or even what xml and line would also help and could probably go from there.
