A fix for watched ticks not showing in Aeon

The watched ticks aren't showing in the multiplex view from the most recent version of Aeon and the latest SVN.

There's two visible tags in Viewtype_Multiplex.xml for the overlay controls.

<visible>!Skin.HasSetting(nooverlays) + !IsEmpty(ListItem.Overlay)</visible>
and
<visible>false</visible>

Don't know if this was intentional or a bug? But delete the false line and everything works great.

It's funny how it's the little things that keep the wife happy.
