Can you give us the android log of the error?
Easiest solution would be to download logcollector from the android market. Plus Android device and version. XBMCLive Dharma beta 2 running on an ASRock ION 330 HT |

The latest apk is working pretty well. Still I'm not using the app. This is because of one reason. I can only start 1 song at a time in file mode (I don't use library mode at all for music). It's a lot easier to just stand up, walk to the television, grab the remote select the directory I want to play (or the file I want to start playing from in a directory) and press play. Apposed to having to select the next file to play every time after a song has stopped playing.
Is there any way you could implement this feature? It would be really helpfull My tv would be off a lot more (+/- 90%)!

Any word on when the sub forum will be created again, so we can get out of this 100+page thread?

It's in the works.
Running XBMC on my HTPC, tablet, phone and pinball machine. Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forums before posting. Do NOT e-mail Team-XBMC members asking for support. For troubleshooting and bug reporting, make sure you read this first. |

Have been using the stable version 0.6.3 for weeks and recently checked the site for updates.... And was happy to see a v0.6.6 released.
I downlaoded it and tried to install it on my HERO (original ROM) but it gave me a pop-up with "not able to install on this devise". Is that correct or am I doing something wrong? Eternity |

I asked the same question on the (currently nuked) sub-forum. You have to uninstall your old version before installing the new one. From the (also currently nuked) post announcing the bump to version 0.6.6, I got the impression this requirement may have changed when updating from 0.6.5 onwards. I guess a dev would have to confirm this though - I jumped straight from 0.6.3 to 0.6.6, so had to uninstall... |
