Downmix Multichannel to Stereo volume still low for AAC

I have enabled the "Download multichannel to Stereo" option under settings and it works fine for AC3 and DTS media with the default 12dB gain for analog. However most of my DVD collection was encoded with AAC 5.1 and no dB gain is being applied. Is there currently a ticket on this issue and if not how do I go about opening a ticket in order to have this option applied to AAC encodings as well?
