Apologies for somewhat hijacking this thread, but like some of the posts here, I'd like to rip individual episodes as separate VOB files, and I'd like to reauthor these to remove unwanted audio channels and subtitles.

I understand this can be done using DVD Shrink, however I was wondering whether it's possible to do this using OSX or Ubuntu (other than running DVD Shrink using Wine of course)?
