Im not trying to complain, im just curious as to the process. I have opened tickets b4 only to have them resolved in 10 min to 2 days max. I opened one 3 weeks ago and still hasnt been assigned to anyone. I more want to know if i screwed up or it was overlooked more than "Is it fixed yet? are we there yet?" lol

and the other reason is those logs are prob deleted after 30 days lol.

Logs that are uploaded to the ticket are not deleted.

Also, there is no time frame. It all depends on how the devs consider the ticket's priority. What you feel may be a high priority may not be considered high priority by others.
