I am looking to find out if anything has changed in XBMC so that I can set my scrapers one time on the root folder for that multimedia type.

Previously over the last few years in order for it to work with my setup of \\TV\A\Show\Season I have had to set the scraper at the \\TV\A\ level. This is fine and not hard to do but it is extremely boring and prone to missing some or messing up settings. I also end up with 100+ scraper settings when I only really need 4.

Any suggestions on how to do this with XBMC (and not at my NAS side which I cannot alter)

You should only need to set this once per source, how many sources are you using?

set it for one. export your library (don't scan anything) to a single file.
use your favorite (stream) editor to replicate for all paths you need.
reimport.

or do it with something like sqlite spy

Yeah i currently edit the sql dbase directly but was just checking I wasnt doing something i no longer needed to do.
