I've got a large collection of music videos named in the format artist - name, from what I can tell the scrapers that are used aren't too bad but I really need a mix of them to get decent coverage of my library.

Is there any way to use multiple scrapers in this source or if i change scrapers after scanning will this work in the same way?

you can set content per directory, not per source.
and you can use nfo files to force particular files to use particular scrapers
