How to fix when the scraper doesn't find the thumbnail and fanart???

I have several movies where the scraper didn't find any info on my movie, such as Snow White and Ace Ventura. How can I fix this Confused

It just currently says "No Thumb" and I can't seem to do anything to fix it.

upload a debug log to a pastebin site while scanning movies. this will help us know more about what's happening. look in my signature for more info on obtaining the log.

Try to refresh the single movie. If you are using IMDB, as of late it has been pretty slow and seems to timeout.
