from time to time after viewing a few movies and tvshows one after another the videos start to jump a lot, the "Vertical Blank Sync" is enable and since xbmc add a lot of settings to the video I dont know anymore what to change.
this screenshot was taken after an episode start to jump a lot this is not even HD(would be great if someone explain what those readings are)
this are the video settings what does what ?, at least the last ones ?

At least I want to know what those settings do that way I can test and fix it on my own and if another thing happen I could know what can and can't be change.
