I was wondering. Is there a plugin or a script that would let add stream links of tv and watch them?

Install SVN Repo Installer plugin (http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?p=159135) and then take your pick.
Note this is a program plugin, download and see below where to extract the plugin (plugin/programs) as per your platform.

Note that the XBMC main menu may not contain a Programs entry, you will have to enable it through Settings > Skin Settings.
Also see the XBMC Zone Installer thread in my signature, that's another scripts / plugins installer, worth checking as well, same install procedure as for SVN Repo Installer.
