you are a genius Thanks a lot, last night I had a movie, tv shows marathon everything works great no stutter at all, the most low the FPS get its like 23.97.

----------------------

BTW what would be the perfect setting in a/v sync method:
*audio clock
*video clock(drop,dupe audio) or
*video clock(resample audio)
(mine is at audio clock)

Quote:A/V Sync method
You can set this to Audio Clock, Video Clock(resample audio) or Video Clock(Drop/Dupe Audio)
Resample audio does not work when passthrough is selected.
this does not explain anything at all, I know the options I just want to know what each one does or which is the most appropriate one for my settings.

-audio via spdif to audio receiver(DTS capable)
-Sync playback to display disable

right now is in Audio clock

Audio clock -> Audio is the clock, skip/drop video to keep in sync.
Video Clock -> Video is the clock, resample audio to keep in sync.
Video Clock -> Video is the clock, skip/drop audio to keep in sync.

You want the middle but if you are doing audio pass through then disable "Sync playback to display", it does not work with pass though audio.

*Video Clock -> Video is the clock, resample audio to keep in sync.

if "Sync playback to display" is disabled, then those settings below it are disabled, that's why they are gray'ed out. They don't apply.

Hehe, I read all osx/appletv related posts, replying is a different story Smile

I'm in Aeon at r22182 , because I downgrade looking for a solution until you suggest selecting manually the render method.

I will try to upgrade to a more recent revision, maybe...
