Help with video OSD settings

I know in the video OSD settings there should be 2 pages of settings

but I have only a few options to chose from. At one point I had those options, but once I reformatted my computer and reinstalled, I'm only left with:

Interlace Handling
Video scaling method
Crop black bars
View Mode
Zoom mode
Pixel ratio
Set as default for all movies
Video calibration

Does anyone know if I'm missing something? I've tried searching along with google, but nothing Sad

This is on Windows XP MCE SP3

The others aren't adjustable on your set up so they're not displayed?

A whole heap of them are mplayer-specific, and thus aren't applicable on win32. They have thus been removed.

is there any way to still enable/disable the "video cache"?

No that was an mplayer only setting.

so what can be done to fix an audio & video sync issue? (besides re-encoding the file itself)

are the codecs working better now that this feature has been taken off?

That wouldn't affect a/v sync anyway. There's an audio delay settings in the OSD audio settings, adjust it as necessary for poor encodes.

Could his issue be performance related?

Maybe he could try changing the A/V Sync Method under Settings -> Video -> Player

Hi,

For some strange reason, when I press "m", absolutely NOTHING happens.. So I simply can't control any OSD specific settings.. Sad I'm running XBMC on Windows XP as well, is this supposed to work?

Cheers,
Jens
