I'm wondering if i've done something wrong. I'd like to have my system auto-update for multiple profiles on startup. Here is why:
I have a central NAS with a lot of video on it. I use it for my entire house which has 3 htpcs and 2 xboxs all running xbmc. The xbox machines are fine with a single profile but, i use library mode (mediastream skin) and in order to maintain what i want in my library i have separate profiles on the htpc's, one for Standard Definition and one for High Definition.
Perhaps i did something wrong, but currently it seems to only update the master profile (high def) on these machines at startup, which forces me to do manual scans.
This wouldn't be as big of a deal if i could keep a central database for all machines but it can be tedious on 3 machines and my family is very non-tech savy. I've got my naming convention down pat so, if i can get this final thing working i'd be golden.
thanks for any help
