playlist playback aborted too many consecutive failed attempts

I am new to XBMC and been having some difficulty getting everything to run smoothly on my new build. I am currently running windows 7 64 bit with XBMC r22528. At first I was having trouble with fan art. Now that I have that working when I go to play a video nothing happens. When I click the file again I get this message "playlist playback aborted too many consecutive failed attempts". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Videos were playing fine the other day.

Normally this would mean that XBMC is not finding the file in question.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.
