I just downloaded the latest version of the svn build 23281 for Windows XP and I can't seem to get full screen playback to work as a default for all my videos. I'm using a 1080p plasma TV and when I play 720p or 420p videos they are not filling the whole display like they did with the xbmc stable release. I'm noticing that I get black bars on either side. Like the image is scaled up vertically but not all the way horizontally.

Any suggestions?
