[Issue] Texture degradation

I am not exactly sure if this coincided with Rapier 2.0 or a SVN update but recently I have been noticing that some of the menu textures seem degraded.. see below:

Any idea the cause?

I found the cause... a mod I have installed that made changes to the textures.xpr file
