Plug-ins (novice question)
#1
I'm brand new, but have XBMC installed on my AppleTV via PatchStick Update. I was sort of expecting that XBMC would have a long list of various video plugins for me to choose from. I went here:

* Start XBMC
* Go into the "Video" section if you like to add a video-plugin, the "Music" section if you like to add a music-plugin, etc. In this example we chosen to install a video-plugin.
* Select "Add Source"
* Select "Browse"
* Select "VideoPlugins"
* Select the video plugin you want to add from the list and press enter.
* Select "OK"
* Select "OK"

However, the only choice is 'Apple Movie Trailers Lite'. Aren't there more choices? Do I have to do something else to get plugins like YouTube, CBS, MTV, etc...?

Grab the "SVN Repo Installer" plugin. It may already be installed in your build (try via programs?)

That'll allow you access to the plugin projects hosted on googlecode.

We're working on a better installer, but it'll be a while before it's ready.

Cheers,
Jonathan
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

So I totally did all of that (Adding sources). Now, when I browse through UPnP my CinemaTube does not see the files in the folders. Just folders..

Any ideas?
