[ATV] app support/xbmc/keymaps not read

I have a modifed joystick.AppleRemote.xml @ Application Support/XBMC/keymaps which is being ignored and not even showing up in the log file below. The only way to get it to load is by putting it in the XBMC.app/system/keymaps folder.

hmm, ok I was only putting it the already created support/xbmc/keymaps folder (I'm pretty sure I didn't create it).

Looks like you're right about the folder creation. Will look into it.
