TV Show Season and Thumbs

I'm having a weird problem. Some of the Season and Thumb images show up for episodes and some don't. Like the new office that came out yesterday. That one works fine but the episodes before them don't seem to download the thumbs. Also, the Season images aren't showing up either. Even if I manually set the thumb not all options are shown from thetvdb.

All the episodes are named the same besides episode number.

You might want to do a refresh (including episode). I've noticed this from time to time and the only way I've been able to get it working correctly again is by doing a full refresh.

If you have .nfo files, I'd suggest deleting them first because if you do a refresh it'll just reuse the info from the nfos again.
