been having same problem, video (xvid tv shows) stuttering/loss of audiosync/high cpu as others for a week or so

Not yet, I do see something strange, fps and cpu are reasonable in that clip except when the show title feed in happens, then fps drops and CPU skyrockets, once this passes, then it's back to "normal".

, just wondering if you need any more info.Let me know if you do.the file I sent you is unplayable on my ATV. so its never "normal"

http://trac.xbmc.org/changeset/23940 seems to have fixed it according to Amet. We will see once the nightly builds cycle tonight.
