I have the same problem with beta3 and Avatar Bluray via MakeMKV.

I found the following issue on the matter (it has a patch):

The ffmpeg devs think the patch is wrong, but people are reporting that it works better than what's in there now. I'll try it and report back.

Opposite problem here: subtitles stays too short on screen, playing "Avatar" bluray m2ts container.

Is this could be ffmpeg issue, too?
